Nationally certified with 25+ years of experience, Sarah Jeffers has interpreted across a broad spectrum of settings, including VRS, education, mental health, and law enforcement.
She is also an experienced teacher, holding an MA in Linguistic Anthropology, who integrates psycholinguistics, anthropology, and psychology in both her educational and interpreting work.
As founder of ASL Terp + Teach, she brings this interdisciplinary approach to interpreters and ASL students alike. This approach, she maintains, deepens understanding of language, culture, and cognition. She looks forward to sharing her insights and facilitating meaningful application in all her workshops.
